The 2023 East Division Championship was held at Haddington GC in July. The final was a repeat of 2022 between Karen Ferguson-Snedden and Wendy Nicholson with Karen winning 4&3 for her second win in a row. Karen went on to represent East in the Championships at Blairgowrie GC and was narrowly beaten in the semi-finals
